KACI: KACI AM 1300 The Dalles has studios on East 2nd Street. KACI-FM 97.7 and KMSW FM 92.7 are also in this building which
used to be the studios for KMCQ 104.5 FM before their move to the Seattle area.

KAST: KAST 1370 Astoria came on the air in 1922. Studios for KAST 1370 and KAST FM 99.7 are located at 1006 West Marine
Drive in Astoria. The only signage is the small cardboard sign in a studio window. One of KAST's studios is pictured along with a photo of a
group of computers used to control these stations as well as some others licensed to the company that owns KAST. KAST 1370 broadcasts from two
towers located in the water behind the studios.

KATU TV: KATU (K-2) channel 2 came on the air in 1962. John received KATU Channel 2 Portland via skip reception from
Sheridan, Wyoming a few times over the years. This on air ID of a 770 mile DX reception is from 1971. The on air screen grabs are from 2012.

KBCH: KBCH Radio 1400 Lincoln City came on the air in 1955. Studios are located at 800 SE Highway 101.

KFXX: This station started out in 1925 as KFWV. Calls were changed to KWJJ in 1927 which stood for the stations founder,
Wilbur J. Jerman. In 1997 the calls were changed to KOTK. In 1990 there was a format and call change, and changed to KFXX. The KFXX 1080
Portland transmitter and towers are located along NE Marine Drive. Note the round transmitter building which has two stories.
Equipment is located on the top floor as this location is subject to flooding.

KGW TV: KGW-TV Channel 8 Portland came on the air in 1956. Originally as an ABC affiliate until 1959 when they became NBC.

KINK: KINK FM 101.9 Portland came on the air in 1968. A KINK banner was spotted in a Burgerville in 2012.

KLBM: KLBM Radio 1450 La Grande came on the air in 1938. The call letters stand for K La grande Blue Mountains.
Studios, transmitter, and tower are located at 2510 Cove Avenue in La Grande. They have been at this location since 1971. This is
also the location for numerous sister stations as noted on signage and logos the van.

KNMT TV: Channel 24 Portland came on the air in 1989 as KTDZ TV. In 1990 the calls changed to KNMT standing for
National Minority Television. The station is part of the Trinity Broadcasting Network. Studios are located at 432 NE 74th Avenue.

KNPT: KNPT Radio 1310 Newport came on the air in 1948 and is the oldest station in Lincoln County. Studios are located at
906 SW Alder Street.

KODL: KODL Radio 1440 The Dalles came on the air in 1940. Briefly in 1973 they changed the calls to KGLX, but returned them
to KODL later that year. Studios are located downtown at 404 East 2nd Street.

KOIN TV: KOIN TV Channel 6 came on the air in 1953. Call letters stand for Know Oregon's Independent Newspaper. The following

KOTI-TV: KOTI-TV Channel 2 Klamath Falls came on the air in 1956. The call letters refer to the Oregon Technical Institute.
Sadly, this station is now just a repeater station for KOBI TV Channel 5 in Medford. John received KOTI TV on a 765 mile skip reception in
Sheridan, Wyoming in 1961. Note the "Oregon's only mile high TV station" mention on the ID.

KPDX TV: Channel 49 Portland came on the air in 1983. Originally call letters were to be KLRK TV, but prior to launch they
changed to KPDX. The station was independent until 1988 when they became a Fox affiliate, then in 2002 as UPN. Currently they are a MyNetwork

KPTV: Channel 12 came on the air in 1955 as KLOR-TV. The KPTV call letters had been on channel 27 starting in 1952. This station has quite a history of changes in network affiliations, and are currently Fox. The print ad for Stump The JJs features Barney Keep, Sammy Taylor, Addie Bobkins, Bill Davis, and mentions Bob Blackburn. The following screen grabs are from 2012.

KSWB: KSWB Radio Seaside came on the air in 1968 on 930. In 1984 they moved to 840. KSWB is locally owned by John Chapman
who also hosts their morning show. Studios are located at 615 Broadway on the 2nd floor.

KUNP TV: KUNP TV Channel 47 is licensed to La Grande, but serves the Portland market as well as Bend and Salem. The following

KWVT-LD: KWVT-LD is licensed to Salem, but covers the Portland market. The call letters stand for "Willlamette Valley
