WFXH: 106.1 FM Hilton Head Island started out in 1973 as WHHR FM. The calls were changed to WFXH FM in 1991. Known as Rock 106.1 the station targets the Savannah, Georgia area with active rock. The photo of the WFCXH van is from 2022.

WHHW: 1130 Hilton Head Island started in 1983 as WHHR (Hilton Head Radio). The calls were changed to WHHQ in 1987 and back to WHHR in 1994. In 2011 the calls were changed to WHHW. The station operates on 1130 and translator station 96.1 (W241CV). They broadcast a Mexican format and are known as "La Paniera 96.1" as seen on the photo of the van taken in 2022.

WLVH: WLVH FM 101.1 licensed to Hardeeville serves the Savannah market with Urban AC music. Studios are located in Savannah. The photo of the WLVH van is from 2022.

WNFO: 1430 Hilton Head Island started out in 1953 as WBUG by country music artist Sam Malphrus. The station became WCOG in 1988 and then WNFO in 1992. Their tower is located on SC-462 in Ridgeland as seen in the photo from 2022.

WTGS TV: WTGS TV Channel 28 came on the air in 1982 and is licensed to Hardeeville has its studios in Savannah, Georgia along with WJCL TV (see more of this facility in the Georgia section). They are a Fox affiliate. The photos and screen grab are from 2022.
