KBAD: 920 in Las Vegas started out as KORK (see below). In 1997 the call letters were changed to KBAD. Their three tower array and transmitter are located at the corner of North Simmons Street and Holly Avenue. Studios are located at 8755 West Flamingo Road. The KBAD photos are from 2011. This facility has since changed.

KBET: KBET Radio 790 licensed to Winchester came on the air in 2005 serving the Las Vegas market. Their transmitter and four tower array are located in north-east Las Vegas along South Hollywood Boulevard as seen in this photo from 2011.

KBLR TV: KBLR TV Channel 39 came on the air in 1989. Licensed to Paradise, they serve the Las Vegas market as a Telemundo affiliate. The screen grab of 39.3 is from 2011.

KDWN: KDWN Radio 720 Las Vegas came on the air in 1974. Their transmitter and three tower array are located at the
corner of Galleria Drive and McCormick Road east of Las Vegas and north of Henderson. The KDWN studios are located at 1455 East
Tropicana in Suite 800. This is also the location for KCYE 102.7 FM and KKLZ 96.3 FM. A KDWN vehicle was parked at this location
when these KDWN photos were taken in 2011.

KEEN CD: Channel 17 Las Vegas started in 1990 as K17CT, in 1997 that changed to KEEN-LP and then in 2008 to KEEN-CA.

KEGS TV: This station evolved from K63FD in 1993 to KTVY-LP in 1997 and then in 2002 to KTVY-TV. In 2007 they became KEGS.

KENO: KENO Radio 1460 came on the air in 1940 as Las Vegas' first radio station. In 1970 the station was located at 598
East Flamingo Road. Currently the station broadcasts from a shared tower site along with KBAD 920 (see above).

KHBV TV: Channel 5 Henderson came on the air in 1967 as KHBV-TV. At that time they were broadcasting from a converted
Flying A gasoline station along the Boulder Highway near Sunset Road. The call letters were changed to KVVU in 1971 (see below). The
on air ID is from 1970.

KINC TV: Channel 15 Las Vegas started out in 1993 as KZIR. In 1995 the call letters were changed to KINC. Studios are
located at 500 Pilot Road in Paradise, just south of the Las Vegas airport as seen in these photos from 2011.

KJUL: 104.3 FM in Las Vegas is currently KFRH. At one time the KJUL call letters were on 104.3 (now 104.7). An older
KJUL 104.3 van was spotted at the KDWN 720 transmitter site as seen in this photo from 2011.

KKLZ: 96.3 FM Las Vegas started out in 1983 as KITT with a top 40 format. In 1986 the call letters were changed to
KKLZ with a format change to a classic rock format evolving in to classic hits. A newer KKLZ vehicle was spotted in 2011 with an older
vehicle parked at the KDWN 720 transmitter site.

KLAS TV: KLAS TV Channel 8 Las Vegas started out in 1953 as Nevada's first TV station. Howard Hughes owned the station
in the 1960's. The first two photos show an on air ID and how their 250 Desert Inn Road studios looked in 1970. Later additions were made to the studios
at 3228 Channel 8 Drive as seen in the photos from 2011. The on air screen grabs are also from 2011.

KLAV: KLAV Radio 1230 Las Vegas came on the air in 1947. There was a brief period in 1985 when the call letters were
changed to KEZD, but by 1987 they were back to KLAV. The KLAV transmitter and tower are located on Brooks Street as seen in these
photos from 2011.

KLSQ: KLSQ 870 licensed to Whitney serves the Las Vegas market. Their three tower array is located in the Mission
Hills area of Henderson as seen in this photo from 2011. The towers are thin and painted to blend in with the area making them
seem to disappear.

KLUC: The KLUC Radio 1140 North Las Vegas studio photo is from 1970. 1140 has changed call letters numerous times
since coming on the air in 1956 as KRSR. They also have been KMJJ, KXNO, KSFN and now KYDZ. KLUC FM is on 98.5.

KLVX TV: KLVX TV Channel 10 Las Vegas came on the air in 1968 as Nevada's first public TV station. The on air ID
is from about two years later. The station has evolved over the years. Vegas PBS studios are located at 3050 East Flamingo Road
as seen in this photo from 2011. The on air screen grab is from 2011.

KMZQ: 670 Las Vegas started out in 2003 as KSXX, but changed to KBTB in 2004. The current KMZQ call letters started
in 2008. Studios for KMZQ 670, KVEG FM 97.5 and KVGQ FM 106.9 are located at 3999 Las Vegas Boulevard South as seen in these
photos from 2011.

KNUU: 970 Las Vegas started out in 1962 as KVEG, now as KNUU 970 is licensed to Paradise. KNUU studios are located at 1455 East Tropicana. Their transmitter and five tower antenna array are located on South Rainbow Boulevard as seen in these photos from 2011.

KOAS: While KOAS FM 105.7 is licensed to Dolan Springs, Arizona, they have an FM booster on 105.7 in Henderson. A KOAS vehicle was seen in Las Vegas in 2011.

KORK: The KORK Radio 920 Las Vegas station photo of their 1950 Sandhill Road studios is from 1970. The station changed call letters to KBAD in 1997 (see KBAD above).

KORK TV: In 1955 KLRJ TV Channel 2 came on the air. Later that year they changed call letters to KORK-TV. In
1967 Channel 2 moved to Channel 3 to avoid interference with newly signed on KTVN in Reno. The on air ID is from 1970 as is the
photo of the KORK-TV studios. Later the call letters were changed to KVBC and in 2010 to KSNV (see above).

KPLV: 93.1 Las Vegas started in 1980 as KUDO with studios in the Barbary Coast Hotel on the Strip. Later they moved
to the Marina Hotel (now the site for the MGM Grand). Around 1987 they moved to the Tropicana Country Club and changed calls to
KEYV with three format changes including "Y93 Country." In 1997 they changed to KBGO "Big Oldies" and then to "Kool 93.1" KQOL
in 1999. In 2006 the calls became KPLV. A KPLV billboard was seen in 2011.

KQLL: 1280 is licensed to Henderson, serving the Las Vegas market. The station came on the air in 1956 as KREL and
in 1991 they changed to KDOL and in 1998 to KDOX. Starting out 2011 they became KQLL. Signage on their studios still reflected the
KDOX call letters in late 2011 when these photos were taken. KJUL FM 104.7 studios are also located at 150 Spectrum Boulevard as
seen in the photos. KQLL 1280 shares a tower with KSHP 1400. The tower on North Martin Luther King Boulevard is seen in the photo
from 2011.

KQRT: 105.1 Las Vegas started out in 1989 as KRBO, then KVBC in 1996, KRNN in 2000, and then to KQRT in 2003. A KQRT vehicle was spotted in 2011.

KRAM: The photo of the KRAM Radio 1340 studios located in the Airport Office Building as 5441 Paradise Road is
from 1970. Note that "Royal Airline" was also in that building. The KRAM call letters are now 1070 in Klamath, Oregon.

KRGN: In 1970 KRGN FM 101.9 Las Vegas had studios at 850 East Sahara Avenue. The station came on the air in 1963. Now they are KWID
and known as La Preciosa Las Vegas. The KRGN call letters are now on a station in Amarillo, Texas.

KRLV: 1340 Las Vegas started out in 1947 as KORK (note, KORK calls were also on 920, see above) and changed to KRAM (see
above) and then in 1988 to KMTW. In 1995 they switched calls to KRLV. Their transmitter and antenna are located on Del Rey Avenue as
seen in these photos from 2011.

KRRN: KRRN FM 92.7 is licensed to Moapa Valley, Nevada and serves the Las Vegas market with a regional Mexican
format using the slogan "El Gato" (The Cat). Two KRRN vehicles were seen while in Las Vegas in 2011.

KSHO TV: Channel 13 Las Vegas came on the air in 1956 as KSHO TV. The station and tower photo is how how their 3355
South Valley View Boulevard location looked in 1970. The KSHO TV on air ID is also from 1970. The call letters were changed to
KTNV in 1980. See below for information and photos of KTNV TV.

KSHP: KKDD 1400 Las Vegas started on 1410 but moved to 1400. In 1996 the call letters were changed to KSHP. The
station broadcasts a shopping format along with some sports. Their tower is shared with KQLL 1280 as seen in the photo above (see
KQLL). KSHP studios are located at 2400 South Jones Boulevard as seen in the photo from 2011.

KSNV TV: In 1955 KLRJ TV Channel 2 came on the air. The call letters were changed to KORK-TV later that year. In 1967
KTVN Channel 2 Reno came on the air and to avoid interference, KORK-TV moved to Channel 3. In 1970 KORK-TV (see above) changed call letters to KVBC.
In 2010 the calls were changed to KSNV. All of the KSNV TV prhotos are from 2011. Studios are located at 1500 Foremaster Lane. While in
Las Vegas John and his wife Nancy got a tour of KSNV TV. Note John and Nancy on the news set. Traffic Reporter Tom Hawley gave a wonderful
tour. He had been with Channel 3 since 1988. He died October 13, 2021 from pancreatic cancer. Tom is pictured next to Sky3 the stations helicopter.

KTUD CD: Channel 25 Las Vegas came on the air in 1999 as KCNG-LP. In 2000 the calls were changed to KTUD-LP. They
are now KTUD-CD and known as "Vegas TV" with studios at 6760 Surrey Street just south of the McCarran International Airport as seen in
these photos from 2011. In 2013 the call letters once again changed, this time to KPVM-LD.

KVCW TV: Channel 33 Las Vegas came on the air in 1987 as KFBT. In 2008 the call letters were changed to KVCW.
Studios are located at 3830 South Jones Boulevard as seen in the photos from 2011. "My LV TV" Channel 21 studios share this
location. KVMY started in 1984 as KRLR with a music video format as "Vusic 21.".

KVEG: 97.5 FM is licensed to Mesquite, but serves the Las Vegas market. A KVEG FM "Hot 97.5" billboard and vehicle
were seen while in Las Vegas in 2011.

KVVU TV: Channel 5 Henderson came on the air in 1967 as KHBV TV (see above). Call letters were changed to KVVU-TV in
1971. They were originally an independent station until 1986 when they became a Fox affiliate. Studios are located along Sunset
Road with access to the building from TV5 Drive. Historians remember Johnny Carson once owned the station. The KVVU photos of the
facility at 25 TV5 Drive are from 2011.

KWNR: 95.5 FM Henderson started out in 1972 as KILA. In 1985 they changed to KYYX, and in 1987 to KLSQ. In 1989 they

KXNT: Radio 840 Las Vegas started out in 1986 as KVEG. They changed to KXNT in 1997. Owned by CBS Radio, studios are
