WCCT TV: Channel 20 licensed to Waterbury serves the Hartford market. The station started in 1953 as WATR. In 1982 the calls were changed to WTXX, and in 2010 to WCCT TV. The WCCT-TV subcariers are 20.1 CW, 20.2 This TV, 20.3 Comet, and 20.4 Stadium as seen in the screen grab samples from 2019.

WDRC: WDRC 1360 Hartford has quite a history in the area. The facility started out as WPJA licensed to New Haven. They were the first commercial radio station in Connecticut. WDRC moved to Hartford in 1930. The WDRC call letters once stood for Doolittle Radio Corporation. Studios, transmitter, and towers are located at 869 Blue Hills Avenue as seen in the photos from 2019. This location is across the street from the Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, note the photo of me taking a photo from that location.

WHPX TV: Channel 26 New London started in 1986 as WTWS. In 1998 the call letters were changed to WHPX TV. Licensed to New London, they serve the Hartford market. WMMW: WMMW Radio 1470 Meriden came on the air in 1947. Their 4 tower antenna site is located along Leonard Street as seen in the photo from 2019.

WMRD: WMRD Radio 1150 Middletown has studios along River Road near their tower as seen in the photos from 2019. The building is also the studio location for WLIS Radio 1420 Old Saybrook.

WNHC TV: WNHC TV New Haven came on the air in 1948 on Channel 6. They changed to Channel 8 in 1953. The call letters were changed to WTNH in 1971. Here's an early ad promoting Popeye Theater with Admiral Jack.

WRDM CD: Channel 19 Hartford started out in 1986 as W13BF, calls were changed to WRDM-LP in 1995, then in 2008 to WRDM-CD. WRDM subchannels are 19.1 Telemundo and 19.2 TeleXitos as seen in the screen grab samples from 2019.

WRYM: 840 Radio New Britain started out in 1946 as WKNB. The call letters were changed to WRYM in 1962. At that time they started airing Connecticut's first beautiful music format radio station. They currently air a Spanish language tropical music format with the "Viva" slogan. Studios are located at 1056 Willard Avenue in Newington as seen in the photo from 2019.
